Argentine Open - Palermo - La Dolfina 2009 Champion

  Mariano Aguerre scored the winning goal in overtime for La Dolfina to defeat Ellerstina 17-16 and win the 116th edition of the Argentine Open. The game was close all the way, Ellerstina with a 2-goal lead 13-11 early sixth chukker, La Dolfina tying back at 13-all to end that chukker, then taking a goal lead to end the seventh chukker, 15-15. Ellerstina evened out early eighth chukker, then again took the advantage 16-15, La Dolfina with the equalizer at 16-all to force the overtime chukker.
